If you are new to Syrian sweets, begin with a mixed baklava selection. It gives you different shapes, textures and fillings without committing to one type.
Baklava, maamoul and warbat
Baklava is built from thin pastry, nuts and syrup. Maamoul is a shaped biscuit; our menu lists pistachio, date and walnut varieties. Warbat is a folded pastry available with cream or pistachio.
Buying a mixed box
A mixed box works well when tastes differ. Ask what is available at the counter that day, especially if you want a 1kg box for sharing or a gift.
